Hello!

In my opinion is it not very nice to have a first round with a lot of groups and 51 participants - and 49(!) of them will go to round 2. Some groups have no sense.

There must be an other solution.

You want to end in two groups of 7 participants.

For example:
So it is possible to play 5 groups of 7 in round 2. First and second places go to round 3 = 10...and the best four participants at place three of round 2.
